I have forgotten my password. How do I set up a new password?
Setting up a new password is easy:
1. Click on “Forgot Password”
2. Enter your birth date.
3. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number and email address. Verify the OTP
4. Enter the new password. Your new password must be 8-16 characters long and contain both alphabets and numbers.
Not working? Don’t worry.
This may happen if you are a new client and your details are still being updated. For accounts opened before 2005, it is also possible if your date of birth is incorrect in our systems. Please get it corrected for a hassle-free experience by contacting email@example.com from your registered email ID along with a copy of your PAN card.
