What is an IFSC code? How do I find out mine ?
An IFSC (Indian Financial System Code) is a unique 11-character code assigned to every bank branch in India. It is used for secure online transactions like NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS, making fund transfers secure and accurate.
You may find it in your cheque book, passbook, or welcome kit provided by your bank. If you can’t find it, simply add your bank details while making a transaction. Select your bank’s city and branch, and the system will auto-fill the IFSC code, making online banking easy and hassle-free.
