Does ArihantPlus call clients asking for personal, sensitive information or ask them to transfer funds to a specific bank account?

No, ArihantPlus will never call you seeking your personal or sensitive information and we never ask you to transfer funds to a particular account. As a regulated and responsible broker, ArihantPlus strictly adheres to privacy and security protocols. Please be highly vigilant and remember: 

• We will NOT call clients seeking sensitive, personal account information such as your full password, TPIN, or security answers. 
  
  • We will NOT ask you to transfer money to a specific, unverified bank account via phone, email, or unverified chat message. All legitimate fund transfers must be initiated by you through the official ArihantPlus platforms (app or web portal) and transferred to Arihant Capital Markets Limited (the company through which ArihantPlus operates). 
    
• We will NOT ask you to share the full OTP (One-Time Password) that is sent to your registered mobile number for logins or transactions. 

ArihantPlus team calls you only for crucial compliance or service related matters including when there are margin shortfalls on your open positions, to take feedback on our services, to inform about any new product or service (sometimes) or to update you of any compliance issues. These calls will originate from our official, registered contact numbers.
